FAQ
Delivery and pick-up
We offer two options:
- Sustainable delivery by Tour de Ville (bicycle couriers)
We aim to pack and transfer your chocolate to the courier as soon as possible. As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive a track-and-trace code to track your shipment. From the time of handover, we no longer have any influence on the delivery time. Please note that during busy periods delivery may take longer than normal. - Do you have an urgent order? Then feel free to contact us so we can discuss the possibilities together.
- Self-collection at Section-C in Eindhoven
If you choose to collect your chocolate yourself from our premises at Section-C, we will send you an e-mail to coordinate the date and time. This way, someone from us will always be there to receive you. In principle, your parcel will be ready for you the next working day.
Yes, we ship to most countries within the EU as standard. You can easily enter your order on our website from all European countries. For shipping outside the EU, please send us an e-mail and we will be happy to help you. This way we make sure your order is handled correctly, no matter where you are!
We ship chocolate at temperatures up to 24°C. Once the temperature rises above 24°C, we postpone shipping to avoid the chocolate melting in transit, or remaining in a hot warehouse over a weekend, waiting for further handling.
Despite the heat, would you like your parcel to be sent immediately? You can, but this is at your own risk. Feel free to let us know if you opt for this.
Once we have created a shipping label, you will be sent a Track & Trace code. This Track & Trace code allows you to track your parcel.
Please note that this mail may end up in your spam box.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to ship for free. After all, packing and shipping chocolate costs time and money. Because we want to be as transparent as possible in the entire chain, from cocoa farmer to shipping, we charge you for part of these costs.
We aim to pack your chocolate and hand it over to the courier as soon as possible. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a track-and-trace code, which allows you to follow the progress of your shipment. From the moment of transfer, we no longer have any influence on the delivery time.

Delivery
The delivery costs depend on the destination of the parcel. For letterbox parcels within the Netherlands, the cost is €4.50.
For shipping to other EU countries, costs vary by country and carrier. During the checkout process you can select the shipping options and associated costs. This gives you a clear overview of the delivery costs for your specific order.
Self-collection
Picking up your chocolate pack by appointment at our workshop at Section-C is of course free of charge.
