From cocoa bean to perfection

ChocoQueen's cocoa beans are hand-selected, carefully fermented and sun-dried. This labour-intensive process produces a product of exceptional quality. Once in the Netherlands, they work closely with a local chocolatier to create unique premium chocolates.

At Mintom, the focus is on the robust Forastero cocoa beans, known for their deep and full flavour. This plantation plays a key role in ChocoQueen's reforestation project. By investing in various crops and natural methods, it promotes biodiversity and improves soil fertility. Mintom is thus a symbol of the commitment to revitalise depleted soils while raising the living standards of the local community.
